There are no expectations for how you show up, just show up. Place your name on the chart in the lobby and track your classes with shiny stickers. Have fun and perhaps take home a prize!

No cost to participate other than purchasing classes. Class passes or Monthly Unlimited available in MINDBODY.

Let January be about consistency over intensity - begin 2026 rooted in care, connection and presence.

Restorative Yoga & Reflexology with Marie & Anna

Put down what you’re carrying and kick up your feet to relax with Marie and Anna! Together, Marie and Anna, love to cultivate an experience that feels deeply nurturing.

Marie will walk you thru a calming, relaxing restorative class, while Anna will offer reflexology.

Many of us find ourselves on our feet or with our feet in restricting shoes all day or using repetitive movement with the hands and stress can manifest in the feet and hands.

Reflexology is a unique bodywork practice that involves applying different amounts of pressure to prescribed reflex points of various body parts such as hands, feet, or ears. This treatment is based on a conception that these areas of reflex points, especially the ones that are on the foot, are associated with certain other body structures and is well known for evoking a self-healing response and also for accelerating the functionality of the nervous system. Reflexology retains a balance in the energy flow throughout the body by applying pressure on the reflex points and is hence, known to be a pressure-point massage and not just a foot massage. The benefits of reflexology include its ability to stimulate nerve function, increase energy, stimulate circulation, induce a deep state of relaxation, eliminate toxins, stimulate the central nervous system and more.

Music and gentle prompts create space to listen to your body’s wisdom - rest when needed, expand when inspired and move in ways that feel natural and nourishing.

All you need is a willingness to feel, move and be present! Leave with a sense of clarity, lightness and joy!

Leave your mind at the door along with your shoes—step into the freedom of pure movement.

Each session begins in stillness, allowing the mind to quiet and the body to open. Through guided breathwork, gentle stretching, and music-led movement, we enter a state of discovery and ease. Whatever arises, we move with it—and in doing so, our world becomes a little brighter.

Benefits often include:

• Release of stress and stored tension

• Improved balance, coordination, and stamina

• Greater mind-body connection

• A sense of lightness, clarity, and joy

This is not a performance—it is a practice of presence. Movements are self-led, with gentle guidance and demonstration provided. Music shapes the journey, supporting spontaneous, embodied expression.

Come explore the depth of your true nature through Intuitive Free Flow

Rejuvenate your joy!

Winter Solstice Cacao Journey with Melanie Jay

The winter solstice marks the longest night of the year - a sacred pause, inviting deep rest, reflection, and intentional rebirth. In this heart-opening cacao journey, we gather to honor the turning of the light and wisdom of the darkness.

Receive the loving and nurturing support of ceremonial grade Cacao and meditation. This beautiful plant can assist us with calming and relaxing the mind, body and so much more!

Full Moon Meditation Circle with Melanie Jay

Relax, Receive, Release & Recharge!

Each cycle of the Moon influences us, like the tides of the ocean. Full Moons have a pull on our physical, emotional & energetic bodies, which gives us that extra push and opportunity to release and let go of the things that no-longer serve us. This allows more flow and ease in our life, moving forward.

Let’s come together to create harmony and balance in our lives, relieving unnecessary pain, discomfort or stress. This invites mental clarity, peace, calm and freedom in our bodies and soul. There’s something about coming together as a group that makes this powerful and potent. This can amplify the experience for everyone and promote overall mind, body, & spiritual well-being.

We start with a 20min coherent breathing technique to help balance our sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, aiding you into a deeper state of relaxation. For the remainder of the meditation, Melanie will go around, tuning into your energy and gently applying "healing touch energy work" (hands on or off) where intuitively guided. She may also use crystals, stones, blessed water etc...placed on or near you during your mediation. An intuitive selection of music will accompany you in this process.

At the end, we’ll have some time for sharing (optional) and receive an oracle card message for additional guidance. Melanie is very considerate of your comfort on all levels and creates a safe and supportive clear space. This is an opportunity to surrender to the divine flow and deep wisdom that is always present within you.

Bring an intention if you'd like and hand it over to the Divine/God/Creator/Source, along with any "insistence" on the how, what, when, where and who! Be open to receive the abundance and magic of your life!

DATE: Saturday, 6-8:30pm

Full Moon Meditation Circle with Melanie Jay

Relax, Receive, Release & Recharge!

This Full Moon in Aries is about connection, flow, focus, creativity and more! We'll be working with the element of water.

DATE: Sunday, October 5th, at 5:30-8pm

Dynamic Movement: Dance it out with Anissa Martell

Dynamic Movement Class: “Dance it out”

This class invites you to let your spirit fly.

Historically, people around the world have expressed themselves by moving together to common rhythms. Our ancestors also danced to promote their health and wellbeing.

Dynamic Movement is a guided meditative practice designed to deepen body awareness, expand your movement vocabulary, and awaken a renewed sense of presence.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, release, or simple joy, you’ll find it here.

Leave your mind at the door along with your shoes—step into the freedom of pure movement.

Each session begins in stillness, allowing the mind to quiet and the body to open. Through guided breathwork, gentle stretching, and music-led movement, we enter a state of discovery and ease. Whatever arises, we dance with it—and in doing so, our world becomes a little brighter.

Benefits often include:

• Release of stress and stored tension

• Improved balance, coordination, and stamina

• Greater mind-body connection

• A sense of lightness, clarity, and joy

This is not a performance—it is a practice of presence. Movements are self-led, with gentle guidance and demonstration provided. Music shapes the journey, supporting spontaneous, embodied expression.

Come explore the depth of your true nature through Dynamic Meditative Movement.

Rejuvenate your joy.

This class will be offered as Free as we explore the possibility!
